Dunder Mifflin Paper Company
This was a fun little spot I helped out with last fall that aired recently (along the east coast) during the final episode of The Office.
Super fun shoot with some super fun people. Really exciting to see it airing nationally as well!
Twin Cities Film Fest trailer, Day 2. #onset (at Northeast Social Club)
Inspiring article on the infamous dinosaur sounds from Jurassic Park. Hoping I can put some of these tools to work in a project soon!
“Semper Fidelis” Trailer
This week I partnered up with the fine folks at Marty Doogin Arts and mixed together an awesome teaser for their upcoming web series “Semper Fidelis”. Taking a quick break from the day to day stuff to put together something much more artistic and thematic has been extremely refreshing. Really hoping to do more of this in the near future!

Minimizer “Proving Grounds”
I worked closely with Linnihan Foy Advertising again on this project for Minimizer Truck Fenders. This is one of 5 sick demonstrational videos we put together for the company. I mixed and recorded all production sound from the shoot, which I was surprised to be able to use a large majority of in the final mix you see here.
The animations for this series was easily the most difficult and enjoyable task I’ve accomplished in recent memory. I really wanted to go for the “Transformers” theme with the large doors opening and closing, along with the little subtleties that fly-in from time to time.
I’m extremely psyched on the final product for this thing, check it out.

Marty Doogin Arts - “HOPE”
It’s been around a year since I worked on a feature length film, and I am geting the itch to get back into it today. So here’s the trailer I mixed and designed for Marty Doogin Arts latest feature - “Hope”.
I also have a link for the full length cut of the movie (90 min) if you ever feel like checking it out. The film is fantastic, and easily one of my favorite projects I’ve been a part of thus far in my career. Plus it showcases some of Minneapolis’ best and brightest in the film biz!
“Renegade guidance counselor Tony Hope has declared war upon illicit drug use by the student body at Andrew Jackson High, often resorting to extreme methods to enforce his one man prohibition, i.e. brutally beating up pot smokers. When a rising young drug dealer Vincent De Chapelle begins slanging a potent new strain of marijuana in the hallways of the suburban secondary school, Hope is faced with a question: how far must one go to send a permanent message to evil doers? A dark comedy in the vein of Dazed and Confused and Taxi Driver.”

This is an original piece I wrote early in 2012 during some down-time between projects.
It’s highly influenced by Hans Zimmer and the more modern/electronic approach to composing for TV/Film in todays industry.
I think this was probably only the second fully finished composition of mine at the time - that said, I’m really happy with how the final song turned out.
Feel free to leave some feedback or suggestions!

Minimizer “Proving Grounds” Set Photos!
We worked together with Linnihan Foy Advertising to put together a few demonstrational videos for their client - Minimizer Fenders.
We spent a couple days inside a warehouse in Blooming Prarie, MN putting their product up to torture tests of extreme cold, heat, pressure, impacts, and even combinations of them all.
Nick Junkersfelt took care of photography using 4 cameras - RED Epic, Scarlett, and two 7D’s to capture every possible angle of impact.
I captured production sound for the shoot, and did the design and mix for the final videos - which are also posted on my “Portfolio” page.
As you can imagine, this was an absolute blast to shoot. The two day shoot flew by, and we’re extremely happy with the final product.
